How does the free quote work?

Tell us about your space and your goals. A home wellness specialist replies within 24 to 48 business hours with the right equipment at the best price we can offer. No obligation.

Will you match a lower price?

Price match requests require approval before purchase. Send the competing authorized dealer’s link to sales@heatandlightwellness.com. The item must be identical and in stock, and the price must comply with manufacturer pricing requirements. Marketplace listings, coupons, rebates and clearance pricing are excluded. See our Price Match Policy for the full terms.

How fast is shipping, and is it free?

Shipping is free to the contiguous lower 48 states. Orders process in 1 to 3 business days and ship in 2 to 7 after that, so 3 to 10 business days in total. Large units move by LTL freight: the carrier calls ahead to schedule, someone needs to be there to sign, and delivery is curbside only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or internationally. See our Shipping Policy.

What warranty comes with my equipment?

Warranty terms and duration vary by manufacturer, product and component. Review the specific warranty for coverage, exclusions, parts, labor and shipping costs before ordering. Contact us for the applicable manufacturer documentation or help starting a claim. See our Warranty page.

Can I finance my purchase?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout for eligible customers, so you can pay over time. Approval, available plans, rates, and any down payment are shown at checkout before you confirm. See our Financing page.

Are there any discounts?

No storewide coupon is currently advertised. Contact sales@heatandlightwellness.com for a product or multi-unit quote. Pricing depends on the product and manufacturer pricing policies. Any approved price will be confirmed before you order.

What if I need to return it?

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. A 30% restocking fee applies and customers pay return shipping unless the product is defective or arrived damaged, in which case we cover return shipping. If an order has not shipped yet you can cancel it, with a 5% fee if payment was already captured. See our Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
